We hope you will join us for our autumn open meeting: 7-9pm, Tuesday 19th September, at the Berry Head Hotel.
This month’s speakers include:
1. Windy Corner Roadworks
We all remember the long closure of Brixham Road at the start of this year for construction at the entrance to the Inglewood housing site. But there are further works scheduled at Long Road and Windy Corner, starting late September.
Iain Neary, from Deeley Freed, the developers behind the Inglewood housing development, has offered to come to talk to local businesses and residents about their plans and the potential impact it could have.
2. Centenary Awards Update
In our 100th year, the chamber is making £15,000 of grant funding available for local organisations to develop our town. Phase 2 is coming to the close, there is a 3rd phase, and we look forward to updating you on the progress so far, and hopefully inspiring some new applications!
There will also be details of the Centenary Gala Dinner which will be held on November 17th.
3. More details to follow!
Our Chamber meetings are open to all – non-members are welcome. Please let us know you’ll be coming, at hospitality@brixhamchamber.co.uk
