Huge congratulations to Fishcombe Cove Café on once again achieving a 5 star hygiene rating on their recent unannounced hygiene and safety inspection.
Chloe Pavely said “Not gonna lie, these inspections give me nightmares. Despite ensuring your business is always safe and clean, having someone randomly arrive (especially when it’s really busy) to come and inspect your premises along with how you and your staff work – is rather daunting.
“However, we smashed it! 5 star hygiene rating with the only advisory being a little bit of wear and tear on the bottom of the fridge. Phew.”
