The deadline for businesses signing up to workplace testing has been extended to 12 April.
The national offer of Workplace Testing has been expanded to allow employers to order free test kits direct from the government to pass to their workforce so that employees can test themselves at home. These tests are for people who do not show symptoms of COVID-19 infection.
This offer is open to all businesses and charities that have 10 employees or more. The business must be registered with Companies House, the charities must be registered too.
The link provided below directs to the government webpage that contains more information and means by which to start the registration process. Organisations must register by 12th April even if they are currently closed.

For organisations that have less than 10 employees, there is an Asymptomatic Test Site based in the Quay West car park that is open 6 days a week that offers free testing for those who cannot work from home. The link below provides further information about the test site.
