Brixham Chamber of Commerce (“the Chamber”) is providing this site for general information only and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the site or its contents. In addition, the Chamber makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published in this site. The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of the Chamber howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Neither the Chamber nor any of its Executive Officers or  representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. Use of user information

Information required to process your membership/enquiry.

We require certain information to allow us to process your membership application or membership enquiry. This includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address, as well as relevant company information.

This information allows us to process your application or enquiry and to send you confirmation of your application or enquiry by email or post.

News by email

By subscribing to News by Email you will receive latest news updates and information regarding forthcoming events, activities and special offers that may be of interest to you. You can opt out at any time by notifying us that you would like to be removed.

Campaigns

Occasionally we ask you to write or email us with your opinion on a particular subject, and may publish a selection of these comments on our web site. However, if you advise us that you do not wish to have your comment and name published, we will not do so.

Site tracking

We may use tracking software to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site to better meet the needs of visitors. This software does not enable us to capture any personally identifying information.

The information we share will include Company Name, Address, Telephone Number, Principal Contact and Number of Employees. We do not share email addresses. Some of this information appears as a directory listing in the Member’s Directory and may also appear on our website for individuals who are looking to source a product or service. No other information is provided to third parties without consent.
